During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the fact that I could access my room at any hour with the key card provided. the property was well-equipped and sparkling clean, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also a plus, as it was close to the city center and had convenient access to public transportation. I particularly liked the fact that there were nearby grocery stores, making it easy to stock up on essentials.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the noise from the plumbing and neighboring rooms was incredibly loud and quite disturbing.

Everything is what we needed and wanted.

The well-fitted kitchenette allowed me to pretend I was a master chef, even though I can barely fry an egg. And the buffet breakfast was like a marathon for my taste buds.

I was so disappointed that the Lost Souls Alley was not literally filled with lost souls. What a missed opportunity.

I had a wonderful stay at a modern and clean property called Piedmont House. the location was great, with easy walking distance to all the tourist attractions. the tram stop was just 4 minutes away, providing convenient access to Wieliczka and Zakopane. There were also nearby bus stops for further exploration. I found plenty of food places around with reasonable prices compared to the old town. the apartment was well, equipped with all kitchen utensils and even had a laundry room downstairs with free, to, use washing machine, dryer, and iron. the underground parking was also a convenient and affordable option.

Despite being close to a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet. Cons: Nothing could have been better.
